Fifteen people from different walks of life, affiliations, and stories once sat together and made an extraordinary decision: to trust each other, pool what little they had, and build something bigger than themselves. That small act of courage has grown into something far greater than they could have imagined. Today, Infanta Credit and Development Cooperative (ICDeC) has officially reached P1 Billion in assets, carrying the dreams and aspirations of more than 10,000 members.

This achievement is not just a financial milestone. It signifies 59 years of dedications, from early morning and late-night meetings to financial services that saved families through difficult times, livelihood programs that supported communities, and the continued commitment of management, staff, officers, and members who stayed through the challenging years and celebrated the successes. It is proof that when ordinary people work together, they can make something extraordinary.
The billion-peso milestone belongs to every member who believed in the cooperative, trusted its mission, and contributed to its steady growth over the years.
Fifty-nine years later, ICDeC continues to stand strong and move forward with the same spirit of cooperation that started it all.
