Loan Products

Productive Loan

  • Loan product for members engaged in different business whether micro or large category, except agricultural purposes;
  • Maximum loanable amount is Php10M with a diminishing interest depending on the collateral offered;
  • Term of payment is up to a maximum of 5 years, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly or monthly;
  • Can be granted as second loan by a financially capable member in good standing.

Providential Loan

  • Loan product that aims to provide or augment financial assistance to members in times of need to finance non-productive requirements such as hospitalization, minimal to extensive home repairs, educational expenses, settlement of loan obligation to another institution or individual person, and others;
  • Maximum loanable amount is Php500,000.00 with a diminishing interest depending on the collateral offered;
  • Term of payment is up to a maximum of 2 years, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly or monthly;
  • It can also be granted as second loan to a member-in-good-standing.

Agricultural Loan

  • Loan granted for agricultural purposes 
  • Maximum loanable amount is Php2M with a diminishing interest depending on the collateral offered;
  • Term of payment is up to a maximum of 3 years, with a mode of payment of either monthly or lump sum;
  • It can also be granted as second loan to a member-in-good-standing.

Vehicle Loan

  • Credit product that aims to finance purchase of light to heavy motorized vehicle like car, SUV, motorcycle, and others;
  • It can finance up to Php2M with a diminishing interest     depending on the security offered;
  • Term of payment is up to a maximum of 5 years, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly, or monthly;
  • It can also be granted as second loan by a financially   capable member in good standing.

Real Estate Loan

  • Loan that may be applied to support real estate acquisition or improvements such as purchase of a parcel of land, house and lot, townhouse or condominium unit; asset which is disposed through public bidding or may be a rent to own program, construction, renovation or completion of a residential unit on a lot owned by a member, construction of a residential unit or business, land improvement or retrofitting of building;
  • Maximum loanable amount is Php10M with a diminishing interest depending on the collateral offered;
  • Term of payment is up to a maximum of 7 years, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Can also be granted as second loan by a financially capable member in good standing.

Emergency Loan

  • Can be availed by a member who is in dire need of financial assistance due to emergencies such as hospitalization, accident of member or immediate family, death of immediate family and other life-threatening emergencies;
  • Maximum loanable amount is equivalent to 2x of share capital with a monthly interest rate of 2%;
  • Term of payment is 1 year, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly, or monthly;
  • First payment will start 60 days after loan release.

Calamity Loan

  • Can be availed when a member is in dire need of financial assistance due to government declared natural and man-made disasters; 
  • Maximum loanable amount is P10,000.00 with an interest rate of 12p.a.%;
  • Term of payment is 1 year, with a mode of payment of either daily, weekly, or monthly;
  • First payment will start 60 days after loan release.

Barangay/Compensation Loan

  • Can be availed by government employees (permanent and appointed (co-terminus), elected Officials of Barangay with approved budget and regular employees of a private institution; 
  • For existing members, maximum loanable amount is equivalent to 18 months’ honorarium for elected barangay officials/ or appointed employees;
  • For new members, maximum loanable amount is Php 50,000.00 with 15% fixed interest rate per annum.

Fast Loan

This loan product is intended to finance immediate needs that are providential in nature such as; 

  1. Household needs like LPG, food, or minor house 
  2. Tuition fees (full/ partial) and other school expenses
  3. Utility Connection Fees (one-month bill)
  4. Debt repayment (SSS, PAG-IBIG, Phil Health Contributions)

Munting Negosyo

  • Short-term loan product that aims to augment capital of members that belong to Micro and Small Enterprise (MSEs) without the need for collateral. 
  • This product is available for MIGS who has very satisfactory loan record (no delays on payment and full term exhausted) for at least 3 loan cycles.
