VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND CORE VALUES

VISION: Sustained quality of life of members.

 

MISSION: We are the partner in the socio-economic aspirations of the members and the community through quality financial and other services.

 

GOALS: is to help improve the quality of life of our members and in furtherance thereto shall aim;

  1. To encourage thrift and to institutionalize a dynamic savings mobilization and systematic capital build-up schemes among the members;
  2. To grant loans to members;
  3. To provide skills, training and other related services to enable its members to maximize the benefits from such loans;
  4. To engage in other business and provide products and services that meet the social and economic needs of the members;
  5. To promote the cooperative as a way of life for improving the social and economic well-being of the people.

CORE VALUES: 

 

Integrity – I stand for integrity wherein ICDeC wants each member to uphold the value of honesty and trustworthiness at all times. Likewise, in providing service to each member, ICDeC ensures that the cooperative is able to provide honest and transparent transactions.

 

Commitment – ICDeC wants each member to be committed to their responsibilities and obligations associated with being an ICDeC member. 

 

Dynamic. This means that every member actively participates to the activities of the cooperative just like regularly attending to the general assembly meeting. 



Excellence and Professionalism. Not only for the members but even more for the staff, ICDeC wants to be professional at all times 


Community Involvement. ICDeC wants to bring positive change to the community in which it operates and be the path to development not only of its members but also of the community.
