ICDeC Credit Department boosts staff knowledge and competencies with CORE I training.
The Credit Department of ICDeC successfully completed the Credit Optimization and Risk Enhancement Program I (CORE I), a 20-day comprehensive training program conducted in partnership with KAPM, aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of its credit staff and supervisors.
The program covered key areas essential to responsible and efficient credit delivery, including loan processing and documentation, credit investigation, collateral appraisal, cash flow analysis, and credit scoring for both consumer and MSME loans.
The 20-day training was led by KAPM Lead Trainer, Mr. Kristianne Aries P. Mendoza, with the actual performance by the Credit Department spanning a few months, under the guidance and oversight of Credit Manager Ms. Rhea Tena and Chief Operating Officer Ms. May Khristine N. Conde throughout the entire course.

The program concluded with a graduation ceremony held in recognition of the participants’ successful completion of all training modules.
With the CORE I program behind them, ICDeC’s Credit Department is better equipped to deliver responsible, efficient, and member-centered credit services.
